First of all I will suggest some options for your hardware, even usually speed is slow due to software but still there are some easy and worthwhile things you can do to your computer’s hardware.

If you are facing slow speed issue, Try to increase / upgrade your machines memory (RAM), RAM is very important to speedup processing speed of your PC. It is the backbone of your PC’s speed.

Clean your PC hardware, remove dust from heat sinkers, fans and motherboard of your PC. Dust can make your PC slow as that heats up the hardware.

Slim the Startup Processes: This is the most important part to decrease your PC start up time. There are lot of programs that windows start automatically when you turn on your PC. During the startup phase of PC these programs screw the processor. Extra and unusefull start up processes definitely increase your PC’s start up time. To edit your start up simple type MSCONFIG in your run and press Entre. Uncheck all the boxed which you dont want to starup while windows is starting. Please be careful don’t disable any startup process which is mandatory for windows startup.

Disk Defragment: Disk defragment is very important. Always defrag your disk regularly. It arranges your data on the hard disk for better and quick access. There is a built-in disk defragment software in all windows operating system.

Remove Unnecessary Software:  Remove any unnecessary software from your PC.

Clean out Virus and Malware: Always use a trusted antivirus and antimalware software and scan your PC regularly. If you PC is infected with virus or malware then don’t even think about gaining performance from your PC.

Update Windows & Software: Windows updates are very important for your PC, Updates makes your PC more secure and fix the bugs.

Remove Temporary Files : Always clean your hard disk from temporary files. It helps to boost up your PC performance and also you can gain more free space. Also remove unnecessary data from your Hard Disks.

How to run multiple Instances of Google Talk

Setting up Google Talk multi instances is simplest and easiest way of getting Gmail notifications and chat with people from different identities at the same time.

Here is the method to run multi instance of Google Talk.

 

For people who are very familiar with computers and software can simply Run google talk with the following switch: /nomutex

 

For Google talk installed on windows default locations simple create short cut with the following target link.

“c:\program files\google\google talk\googletalk.exe” /nomutex

 

For this you can copy your existing Google Talk shortcut from program files to desktop and right click on the icon and add /nomutex at the end of the target link. As shown in below image.

How to enable or disable telnet service in Windows 7

After Windows 7 installation in default telnet service is disabled. If you want to enable telnet service in windows 7 please follow the steps below.

 

1. Click on Start

2. Go to control panel

3. Click on Programs and Feature or Programs button as shown in image below.
